Clarity & ease of use. The earpiece does not snugly fit, though. I just used spare earpiece covers from my MP3 player. It did the job. I'm not a big fan of earbud-type headsets because they do not stay in my ear well and I'm constantly adjusting them. I wish Motorola made a headset that hooks over the ear.
