Customer Rating: Summary: Reception Good, But Can Be Uncomfortable Comment: The reception is good, but the product tends to get uncomfortable after a couple of hours. I'm very active and need a headset that can be worn all day.
Customer Rating: Summary: Jabra BT250v: Not Bad At All Comment: Reliable, which is primary for me. Some very slight static once in awhile, but certainly nothing that would prevent me from repeating my purchase. Fits nicely in/on my ear and very comfortable. For the cost of this headset, I'm very pleased with the value I've received.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good, but not for all ears? Comment: There's a lot to like about this headset. Big plus: sound quality is great, and it's loud enough (I'm hard of hearing, so that's a big deal.)
The chief drawback for me is that the earpiece part won't stay in my ear when worn "properly," wrapped around the ear. If I don't try to wrap it around, I can actually get it to stick in for a while, but obviously that doesn't last. So for me, it's not "hands-free" at all, as my right hand has to hold it in place. Not sure whether my ears are too big, too small, or just oddly shaped, but some adjustability would be welcome.
Customer Rating: Summary: good clarity... wish it were more comfortable Comment: Everyone I talk with comments on the clarity... althought the ear piece is uncomfortable, it is nice to use on road trips
Customer Rating: Summary: cheap plastic earpiece assembly broke after 3 hours of use Comment: I hardly ever use it, had it for 3 months, sound was okay. Buttons on/off, voume up and down hard to manage on your ear. All that was cool, I just needed it for the car occasionally with my blackberry.
went to use it yesterday and it had broken, the part the earbud connects into had cracked. I don't put it in my pocket, it just sits in a protected part of my purse.
I used it maybe a total of 3 hours.
no way to call jabra, you have to email them. It's trashed. I'll never get another piece of electronic from them again.
