Summary: Great headset for Home Use!
Comment: I bought this headset for my husband that stays home with our baby. I thought it would make it easier to keep in touch with people while getting things done around the house. He loves it! Most wireless headsets are made for use at the office, so they are at least 3 times the price of this headset. The range is good...he can go anywhere in the house or go outside and sit on the porch and talk with no issues. It is easy to hook up and use. The sound is great. The person you are talking to can't tell that you're using a headset...it is very clear! The only thing that isn't perfect is that you can hear yourself talk in the headset. It is a minor thing that you do get used to, so it wouldn't deter me from buying it. For the price, it is great! I would highly recommend it.

Summary: Dave's 10sec Review- what was I thinking
Comment: I was willing to overlook the bulky form factor because I really wanted an over-the-head style BT headset for long conversations at work. I was willing to pay a lot money for the BT headset. I was NOT willing to accept lousy sound quality for my callers, which is what this gave. If you have a blackberry be warned that this headset will fight with the BB's echo cancellation, causing weird, delayed audio. Once I figured that out (I've never seen that before with 4 others headsets) my sound was better, but my voice to the caller never got past 'its alright', and 'what was that?' Mom always said say something nice, so, uh, nice charger. Returned it.

Comment: Summary: I would love to give this product a good review, I think the company and its products have great potential, but this product is not ready for prime time. Don't buy it.
Details: I will start by saying we have much familiarity with this company: we own this B100 headset for a land line, and two other VXI headsets for our cell phones. VXI's return and repair policy is fairly good; we've sent our phones in a total of four times now (yes, one phone went twice) with never a hassle about it. We pay the shipping there, and they pay the return shipping.
The main problem with the B100 is that it is static-y. I am told that the person on the other end of the phone isn't hearing what I hear most of the time, but since i participate in conference calls, this concerns me. I hear this static even when i am right next to the base. Also, I sound like i'm standing in a tin can, both in my own ear and, to a lesser extent, to the other party. The user manual suggests that on my side I can reduce the ear piece volume to compensate, but ... hello... that would reduce the volume by which I hear other people. Also, I've occasionally had trouble picking up calls, etc.
I sent the product for repair, received the same headset, which was somewhat improved but still not working well enough to warrant the money. And by the time I got through all of that, I was outside the return period for Amazon. ... So ... i cannot recommend this product. Best of luck in your search for the right solution.

Summary: Best Desktop Headset
Comment: I have used several different headsets for my voice control software and none were as good as this one. It was easy to install, I can walk all around the building and still hear music playing on my PC. Sound is clear and headset is comfortable.
The only drawback is that you only have the option of the over the head headset.

Summary: so far, so good
Comment: Bought this for someone who lives on their cordless phone and either squashes it between neck and shoulder or works one handed while she talks.
She's low-tech so this looked like the ticket.
So far it has been great. It's comfortable, clear, easy, and today she wore it out to get the mail (60ft?) and it didn't drop. So no complaints here - it was plug & play and it works as advertised. A bit pricey but since it is performing so well it looks like money well spent. I'd give it 5 stars but it's only been a few days out of the box - let's see how durable it is....
Well, it been a few months and it still works great. Stays in place, clear as a bell, no problems.
