Customer Rating: Summary: Very rugged, only minor complaints Comment: I've had this phone for 11 months and I really haven't had any problems with it. I've dropped it countless times... once I even left it on the roof of my car, drove off and (luckily!) found it laying on the road... it's banged up but it still works just fine. The display is fairly large and has much better resolution than the i560. The blue lighted buttons are also nice. My only real complaints are that the charger cover does not stay closed anymore, and I find the menus difficult to use. Also, it has no calculator or alarm clock, which I miss. Overall, I would recommend this phone for people who care more about having a phone that is reliable and rugged than about having fancy features. Customer Rating: Summary: Junk Comment: I've had this phone for about 14 months. It worked well for the first nine months or so, but then I started having problems getting a signal, and now it crashes on me all the time, in the middle of calls, and after I finish a call. I am a very light phone user, maybe 1 call every day or two. This phone is junk. Customer Rating: Summary: I thought my LG phone was bad Comment: This is one of the worst and most confusing phones I have ever used. None of the settings can even be FOUND in the book that comes with it. The battery is horrible with charge, and the charger doesn't even stay connected in the bottom of the phone very well. Don't expect this phone to stay on, either. I'll get done typing a nice and long text when it suddenly decides to turn off. It turns back on by itself, but it only needs a slight bump to turn off.
Also, no one gets my complete messages from this phone because it adds extra information and deletes part of the message. Extremely annoying.
I would recommend this phone to NO ONE. Customer Rating: Summary: "The phone that changed my life" Comment: "hi,im a satisfied costumer for the motorola i760 phone. Before all i had was a phone booth, but now that i got this phone no booth for me and evryone is sayen they want one too so im helpen.thanks for the phone.=) Customer Rating: Summary: Horrible Comment: I got rid of the bulky i355s at the end of our contract and bought two of these for our account. We had to return the first phone (line1) within days of getting it as it would randomly shut off (crash), and other times the volume would fluctuate on its own. Exchanging it was an ordeal with Sprint - they charged me for the replacement phone and still haven't credited my account after two billing cycles. A few months later and now the second phone (line2) is crashing. I'll make a call and hang up - and it shuts off. Other times it will shut off in the middle of the call. The other night I went to charge it and it said invalid battery - so I took the battery out and put it back in. Then it said "invalid charger." I might go back to the i355, it was rugged, reliable (but large) phone. I guess I'll have to haggle with Motorola about getting this one fixed/replaced.
