Customer Rating: Summary: Super Entry Level Phone Comment: Received this phone when my SECOND Samsung A560 died. Sound quality is excellent and it gets better reception than any phone I have ever seen. Internal screen is small, but it's not a media phone. Too bad this is discontinued, If you are looking for an entry level Sanyo that is easy to hold, sturdy, and is of great quality, look at ebay and try to get one. Also remember that despite having a great network, Sprint's customer service is horrible. Customer Rating: Summary: It's a great phone. Comment: This phone doesn't have many special features such as a camera or web access, but if all you're looking for is a phone to make phone calls (or text messages) with, then this is the phone for you. It gets great reception-compared to my last phone which cost three times more than this one. I just wanted a phone that got great service and this is the one, so I traded in my camera phone for this one. Customer Rating: Summary: its a good but crappy phone Comment: i own this phone and the charger dont work right my phone beeped at me after 3 months and is in for service and has no games
Customer Rating: Summary: I really like this phone Comment: It's got great reception. My husband has a phone that cost twice as much and his reception is hopeless, when out we use mine the most. I also use the alarm clock a lot when away from home, it's good not having to take an extra alarm clock. My son keeps getting hold of it and treats it roughly but its quite strong, despite being dropped and thrown several times it still works fine. Finally, the texting is great and easy to use. The only thing I am not sure about is the internet function, it seems to take ages to get on the net and I find it difficult to navigate -but then I don't really need it on the phone as we have it at home.
