Summary: Not a good buy
Comment: I bought this version of the Razr and my family all bought the normal version. My phone did not work by the end of the first year, and all their's are still plugging along fine. First the earpiece stopped working so I had to talk on speakerphone if I wanted to talk at all (very embarrassing), then the screen started going black. This is by far the worst phone I've owned (every previous phone has lasted me 2 years without problems, all the way back to the bulky Nokia). There are much better investments than this phone - phones that do just as much, or more, and have a better track record. Don't waste your money!

Summary: Good while it worked, but doesnt last long
Comment: All the good reviews are understandable given the quality of the calls and cute-ness / price ratio. I got this phone first it came out, and now it has been 19 months, the screen died all of a sudden. No warnings before hand, just sudden death. I never dropped this phone or abused it, just normal, even gentle use. I expect a longer life of a phone and also it would have been nice if i could get my contacts out of its internal memory. No more Motorola.

Summary: I HAD it with Motorola! Another overrated, overpriced piece of junk!
Comment: This phone worked great for the two weeks that I owned it. I loved just about everything about it - the large screen, the keypads, the music player, camera, speakerphone, video, being able to use mp3 files as ringtones, bluetooth - absolutely wonderful. After owning several Motorola phones and being dissatisfied with all of them except for one (the V360 - the best phone they ever made but they no longer make), the RAZR v3t restored my faith in Motorola products. Some people warned me about getting a RAZR; they said that it really was an inferior product and the battery life was poor. I ignored them, and didn't think that the battery life wasn't a big deal - after all, I don't use the cell that much and I'm one to charge the battery every other day.
However, two weeks to the very DAY that I got the V3t, it just stopped working altogether! I opened the flip to change the ringtone to vibrate, and NOTHING showed up on the screen. It was completely BLANK! The keypad still lit up, but what good is a keypad attached to a cellphone that doesn't work??? Less than an hour before this happened, I made a phone call and it worked fine. I never dropped it, let it get wet, or had anything else happen to it. I thought maybe it was because the battery might have gone dead, but when I got home, I plugged it up and it still was the same - only the keypad lit up. There was nothing wrong with the battery. I shut it off, waited a day or two to see it if it was just a glitch, and held on to the hope that the phone would still work. Needless to say, it didn't.
I've heard it's basically a crap shoot with RAZR phones - some people say they never had any problems with them, and others say that this was the worst phone they ever purchased. I'll have to join the latter group of people who hate this phone and I will never again buy another Motorola product.

Summary: Best Razr phone at an affordable price by Motorola and T-mobile!
Comment: Razr v3t is an excellent, sleek, thin and lightweight mid-range cell phone at an affordable price from T-mobile. I got two of these phones free with Bluetooth headsets from t-mobile with a family plan. This razr phone has a very nice black finish as compared to its predeseccor v3. It also has bluetooth 1.2, a digital music player and 1.23 megapixel integrated camera.
You can also upgrade its default 128MB, removable microsd memory card, upto 1-2GB microsd. Believe me, the Digital music player on this device is incredible and the sound quality is at par with any music player like iPod shuffle or nano. I am using this razr as my second iPod, with 400-500 songs on my 1GB Sandisk microsd card.
You can also buy a motorola Stereo Headset Adaptor (model# SYN1504, just for $3-$4) to convert the output from MiniUSB to ordinary 3.5mm, to connect it to any device/headset and listen to songs from it. I have connected it to my sony car adaptor as well and now I can listen to songs from it in my car.
The data cable connectivity with PC is very simple and easy to use. No need to install any software. You can aslo sync in this player in Windows Media player but its a little bit tricky. Also it can only play itunes ACC and Mp3 format. No support for WMA files, but you can always convert them to Mp3. Only supports Mp3s upto 192kbps bitrate.
Bluetooth headset connectivity is also very simple and flawless. My Bluetrek headset instantly get detected by this razr. So no issues with BT.

Bads: It gets scratches easily. Fingure prints make it ugly sometimes.
