Customer Rating: Summary: Good for the Price Comment: Cost @ under $10 seems pretty reasonable, and expectations should factor into the cost paid. It did come with some scratches on it, and it does perform at a lower rate than my other new batters (bought new) but I'd say it is close maybe 85% of the capacity. I've had it for about 3 months and am very pleased for the price. Its a good backup, nothing wrong with not paying a bunch for it. I like to swap them out on my phone and use my blackberry battery charger so I don't have to worry about hooking the charger up to my phone.

Ya its not as good as a brand new battery, but I didn't pay for a brand new one, great price good performance.

When I contacted the company to replace the item they instructed me to send it back and they would replace it. They also said that ALL of there items are new. When i checked the cost to return the item it is more then i paid for the darn battery. So I guess I am forced to keep it.
Most people that need new batteries for there phones need them for a reason... they most certainly do not want to replace there existing used battery with a battery used by someone else.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will never buy anything from them again!!!!
