It was snug but not tight enough that occasionally it would slip off (if I was digging for it in my giant purse). If you want to protect your BB while retaining it's look I recommend getting anti-scratch sticker covers applied to the screen, frame and back. (Check cell phone accessories kiosks in your local mall.)
