I naturally speak with a low, deep voice and people found it hard to hear me. It's not hard to be heard but you have speak with your outside voice. Still a nice earpiece though. Customer Rating: Summary: notdatnyce Comment: The sound quality was excellent. My only problem with this ear piece is that the ear hook and the piece that fits inside your ear are both too big. The inside piece does fit inside my ear, but after a while of wearing it, it starts to feel very uncomfortable. Because of that, I just use the voice connect that my vehicle is equipped with. I only use this earpiece when driving someone else's vehicle, and that's not often at all. This device was easy to setup with my cell phone. It`s built-in microphone and speaker both work very well.
