Customer Rating: Summary: Sprint Customer Service is the WORST!! Comment: A word about Sprint: They used to be the best, and they are now the worst. The absolute worst.
If you call them today, July 15'th 2008, the system will acually tell you to call back later and HANG UP. You will get through the prompts until you are given a wait-time and then.. I'm not surprised at all. They got rid of 80 % of their customer service workforce.
Things have appeared on my bill for a year that shouldn't be there. I have made 5 attempts to fix this and finally gave up. They always say it's fixed but never is.
Plan on at least a two-hour call to get something accomplished and then prepare yourself to be utterly crazed with anger when you see that nothing was actually done (several times).
A telemarketer from Sprint called me trying to sell something and extend my contract, I laughed so hard, that she actually tried to fix my problems. She said she did and of course, it's still on my bill. They're really useless.
I'm turning off my phone today... That'll take at least 3 hours.
Customer Rating: Summary: Horrible Battery Life!! Comment: OK so it was great at first. I did the initiation routine I was told to do by agent (charge, discharge, charge, discharge) and it seemed to have a decent talk time of 3 hours. Within a few weeks I was down to one hour after a fresh charge. So I got a new OEM battery from the store. Same story! Then I got an OEM extended battery and I am trying it out now. Just ok for an extended battery so far, like 3 hours, but when I am supposed to get 3+ hours on the included battery I am very wary. We will see how long this lasts.
The mp3 bluetooth is decent, BTW (yes I include this as talk time). But because of the crap battery life I suggest you get an adapter (here on Amazon) for a headphone-to-miniUSB.
UPDATE: APPARENTLY THE PROBLEM IS WITH USING BLUETOOTH. ODD BUT IF I DO NOT SHUTDOWN THE PHONE/RESTART AFTER USING (AND SHUTTING OFF) BLUETOOTH, THE BATTERY RUNS DOWN. GO FIGURE!
Customer Rating: Summary: razor 2 Comment: I love the look at feel of this phone...but the on-going glitches are frustrating to say the least. And this is with every razor 2, not just my phone.
1. Half of the texts i get, are shown that they are from random numbers, even though this number is saved in my contacts with a name! So if i dont automatically recognize the number, i have to look it up in the contacts just to see who it is.
2. Literally half of all texts i send will say SENT, but they will remain in my outbox until i re-send them.
3. The screen freezes about once every other day.
4. People say this about every phone, but REALLY, the battery life is amazingly horrible. 90% of the time this phone is on its charger.
5. I really wish I would have listened to all these poor reviews before I bought this phone.
Customer Rating: Summary: worst buys Comment: i got this and not only was it unusable even if wasnt broken they sent a defect phone that could not be activated..
Customer Rating: Summary: Worst customer service Comment: This phone is fine, but the customer service at Sprint is the worst. I would recomment getting the phone with a different carrier. I have never been with a different carrier, so I really don't have a basis of comparison, but it could not possible be as bad as Sprint.

- Talk to Me: Originally designed to address the needs of those with vision impairment, the RAZR2 V9m is able to read the phone's interactive menus, contacts, messages and more aloud--adding convenience to your on-the-go lifestyle. SMS messages on the phone can be read and replied to with pre-programmed text messages without ever having to open up the flip.
