Summary: Piece of junk
Comment: This phone cost me much more than my last Nokia which I had for a few years and was always dependable. I've had nothing but trouble with this piece of crap. Always loses the signal and has to be charged in the least of twice a day and that is when it is on standby with no calls. I kid you not. I can charge up the phone and leave the house 4 hours later without using it the phone has already lost power by 4 hours after that it is going dead. AT&T should be ashamed of selling this garbage to it's customers

Summary: A Disgrace of an Excuse for a Cell Phone
Comment: Hello prospective buyer,
Let me tell you something from this first line, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! You will save yourself money, time spent with customer service trying to repair/ exchange it, and a lot of infuriating circumstances.
From the standpoint of how it looks and it's functionalities, this cell phone is amazing; or that is until you start using it, then it's flaws will become apparent to you.
It has the annoying custom of turning itself off by any of the following actions:
-Flipping it open
-Closing it
-Anwsering incoming calls by pressing the call button
-Making calls by pressing the call button
-Dialing a number
-Writing a text message
-Touching any key
-Doing any other action
-Not doing anything at all

So there you go, what a good list right? I guess it is a good thing to be able to turn the cell phone off by simply pressing any key or even by looking at it. Although that does interfere with the actual USE of the cell phone, asi it becomes impossible to make calls that work. Maybe Nokia decided to make this cellphone just for the customer to have a little brick on their person and show off how they have a pseudo-phone which can flip open and turn itself off by magic! Oh, how intelligent Nokia is.
The other inmense flaw it has is the low-lasting battery power. And just to give you an insight into how much Nokia decided to test you, they made the powering up of the brick (yeah, this "thing" does not earn itself the title of cellphone) conseume around 2% to 4% of the cell phone battery. So, if you end up having the luck to make or take a call, you won;t be able to talk for long since the battery will already be depleted from turning it ON every 7 to 10 minutes.
Hmmm, I wonder if I have told you this phone is bad. Hope this helps. Take care, and do not buy this cell phone if you want to live a happy life.

Until next time people!!!

Summary: Nokia 6555b Black
Comment: Do NOT buy this phone! I bought two, one for myself and one for my teen daughter. They turn off CONSTANTLY on their own. This is scary because my daughter may be trying to reach me and I have NO IDEA my phone is off. I am like some paranoid freak now constantly checking my phone to make sure it's on. Of course AT&T says I'm not eligible to "Updgrade" for 2 years. I just passed my first year and am thinking about paying full price for new phones... how sad! Again, do not buy this phone - for your own sanity!!!

Summary: worst three months of my life
Comment: I had picked out a cool samsung at the at&t store that i was are ready to get. the guy there told me they didnt have it but hed give me this nokia for the same price(it was more expensive). I was all excited about the deal and getting a new phone i took the offer. It was cool for a couple weeks but i soon noticed all kinds of problems. mainly the battery lasts about an hour and 15 minute, i didnt get service in any off my favorite places to chat, and after 3 months the speaker stopped working. people could hear me but i couldnt here them. it was a blessing in disguise, i got rid of that thing and am borrowing a buddys old razr until i can renew my contract. this phone sucks so bad exit this page imediatly. (btw, i sent the phone to [...] cause they said they could fix it for forty bucks(i just wanted to sell it not use it), then the emailed me and said it would cost another $[...]. i told them no, they sent my broken phone back and kept my forty bones. cellulardr=huge scam nokia=never again

Summary: Don't buy it
Comment: I can't add anything new. This phone is awful. It started cutting off on me. I then noticed the outside display looked like it had been dropped and it had not been mistreated. Now the main display keeps blinking. Same story--they won't replace it because it has "damage" on it even though it has never been dropped or mistreated. The one star is only because my wife's phone purchased on the same day, about 5 months ago, is still functioning properly.

The slim, smoothly stylish Nokia 6555 offers high-speed 3G network connectivity for streaming video and music.
The Nokia 6555 can handle high-speed data connectivity via AT&T's 3G mobile broadband data network, which is available in most major metropolitan areas. The AT&T 3G network uses the WCDMA 850/1900 network, making it possible to enjoy a variety of feature-rich wireless services with speeds up to 3.6 Mbps. It also gives AT&T the advantage of offering simultaneous voice and data services. In areas where the 3G network is not available, you'll continue to receive service on the AT&T EDGE network, which offers availability in more than 13,000 US cities and along some 40,000 miles of major highways. Providing average data speeds between 75-135Kbps, it's fast enough to support a wide range of advanced data services, including video and music clips, full picture and video messaging, high-speed color Internet access, and email on the go.

With 3G connectivity, you'll be able to access AT&T's Cellular Video (CV) service and the Internet while on the go. Cellular Video features content from CNN, The Weather Channel, iFilm, Comedy Central and exclusive premium content from HBO and much more. It also features AT&T Mobile Music, which provides access to Napster and eMusic subscription services as well as Music ID song-recognition software, music videos and The Buzz music news portal.
