Comment: I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS GETTING A "RUBBER FELT" CASE. IT WAS DEF THE NICE COLOR HOT PINK I WANTED BUT THERE WAS NOTHING RUBBERY ABOUT THE CASE. I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED AND PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE GOT THE HINT WITH ALL THE OTHER UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS THAT DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE RECENTLY SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY AND AM AWAITING A REPLY. I JUST DON'T FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURNED SHIPPING OR ANY PROCESSING FEE FOR AN ITEM I WAS MISLED BY. I BOUGHT ANOTHER CASE THAT ACTUALLY SAID "FLEXIBLE AND SOFT" FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THE ONLY THING THEY DID THAT WAS PLEASING WAS SHIP IT TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER...WAY BEFORE I EXPECTED IT.
