Comment: Lenmar Universal Powerport Kit with AC and DC USB Power Adapter worked as advertised (don't forget to push the power button - which turns blue - so it will charge...). Price was ONLY slightly more then 1/2 Radio Shack's price.

Summary: Does NOT work with iPod Touch 2G!
Comment: I tried two of these units and neither would charge my new iPod Touch. Nor would they charge my three-year-old iPod Nano, or a friend's two-year-old iPod Classic. I called Lenmar and they said I should buy the PPUMini instead. Very infuriating to endure two shipments and returns for something that doesn't work as Amazon claims.

Summary: Doesn't work with iPhone 3G
Comment: Contrary to what some other reviewers wrote, this device is NOT compatible with the iPhone 3G. After getting the device, and having problems with it, I called Lenmar and they told me it wasn't compatible. There's apparently a minor voltage difference between the original iPhone and the 3G. They suggested the PPUMINI as an alternative that will work with the iPhone but I haven't confirmed that as yet.

Summary: Small, fast, and cheap.
Comment: I have an iPhone 3G which burns battery life faster than anything I have owned. Since I can't make it through a day without running out of battery life, I purchased the Powerport Kit. I love it. It is tiny in my briefcase, it charges my phone in under an hour, and it attaches to anything that you can need. My coworkers have since bought and are equally satisfied.

Summary: Excellent battery with all accessories
Comment: I bought this battery for iPhone 3G. The battery can charge ca iPhone 3G twice. You can also charge iPhone with the car charger for the battery, the wall charger. Therefore, you can charge iPhone in three ways.
This charger can also charge other cell phone, eg Moto v3. Much cheaper than similar products.
